The apartments at Lu Residence-Unique Apartments are simply amazing. They have beautiful patios with stunning city views, making you feel like you're on top of the world. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including a flat-screen TV and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are super comfy too! As someone who appreciates a cozy and modern space, this place truly hit the mark.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the parquet floors in the units. But hey, that's just my taste.

The apartment was spotless and had a new feel. The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. It's a short walk to the city center. Easy self check-in with clear instructions. Netflix and coffee machine were nice perks.

Our recent stay at Lu Residence - Unique Apartments was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to the train station and within easy reach of attractions like Auschwitz I and II. Communication with the owner was excellent, and they were always quick to respond to our questions. Despite a minor inconvenience of thin walls and noisy neighbors, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place. our experience was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location near train station and Auschwitz, easy access to lockbox, responsive and helpful owner, nearby grocery store for food.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Large, clean apartment with comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Great parking and excellent communication with the owner. Family was very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Safe and free parking, near to Auschwitz Museum, excellent Kebab and shops. Exceptional cleanliness, great design, and all kitchen amenities available. Prompt owner, self check-in, convenient for late arrivals.

the apartment's design was stunning, each room themed after a different gem. our citrine room was beautifully yellow/orange. the kitchen was well-equipped and the host was very nice. the addition of Netflix on the TV was a big plus for relaxing evenings. the location was perfect for visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and the train station.

The location of the apartments is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. the cleanliness of the rooms stands out, with attention to even the smallest details. the self check-in process with a keycode is convenient for flexible arrival times. Guests appreciate the availability of amenities like a coffee machine and Netflix. the prompt and helpful response from the owner adds to the positive experience.

The availability of hot water in the bathroom could be improved to ensure a consistent supply for all guests.

Cozy and Well-Fitted Kitchen: I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen in the apartment. It had everything I needed to prepare my meals, including a dishwasher. It was like having my own personal chef, minus the price tag!

Heating Issue: One minor issue was that the heating system was not working properly.

The apartment had a private entrance, so I could sneak in without anyone seeing me. Plus, I could use the free WiFi to update my social media. No need to talk to people when I can just post about my fabulous stay!

Oh, how I loved waking up to a shortage of hot water. Nothing like a freezing shower to jumpstart my day.
